This website-ready 3D scene uses the City of Burnaby’s published boundary, building footprints, street network, park inventory, waterways, SkyTrain alignments and station locations, retrieved on September 30, 2026.
Geometry is sourced; movement is illustrative. The vehicles and transit pulses are visual animations, not actual vehicle locations, schedules, traffic counts or calibrated forecasts.
The base is flat: terrain elevations are not included. Building heights use HEIGHT_2018 where available, then HEIGHT. Missing or invalid heights use a 6 m estimate. Some underlying records may be historical. Height exaggeration is a viewing option. This is not a survey-grade reconstruction or a complete operational digital twin.
